I’m so excited to be teaming up with The Warren Center to tell you guys all about the upcoming Art Of Music Gala! At The Warren Center, the two goals of providing therapy to children with developmental delays and disabilities and equipping parents with the tools needed to help their child navigate through challenges are often met by using art and music. The Warren Center is a non-profit that advocates, serves and empowers children and families impacted by development delays and disabilities. More than 2,500 families each year depend on The Warren Center to be “First Responders” offering early detection and intervention for these suffering children. The Art Of Music Gala is not only a great time but also a chance to raise awareness and funds of an amazing cause. The event is a one of a kind experience that takes this year’s theme “Synesthesia” and places it in the hands of creative geniuses who will transform it into original musical compositions and with that inspiration, into works of art.
Five renowned musicians will compose original compositions inspired by Synesthesia: a neurological phenomenon in which two or more senses are attached, so experience of one sense is only possible with another.
Each musical work created by a composer will be delivered to a partner artist to result in five one-of-a-kind works of art, each purely inspired by one of the musical compositions. The result is a night of celebration and performance as each original composition and its inspired work of art is unveiled and performed for the first time at the Gala. In additional to the spectacular entertainment, ticket price includes full bar, plated dinner, silent auction, an art gallery with performance art, live auction as well as mix and mingle with the evenings musicians.
For clients of The Warren Center, who struggle to communicate, walk, talk or complete tasks that seem so simple for their peers, the Early Childhood Intervention and Therapy Services for Children 3 to 5 Programs help families face that future filled with uncertainty, doubt and grief. With the help of caring, professional therapists, children receive the treatment they need, and families are provided the resources and support they need. The result is empowerment for the whole family!
